Pros

I did quite a lot of research & settled with Fierce as it seemed to offer the greatest all inclusive options, & very positive recommendations from friends. It arrived just in time for Christmas which was great as I have left it a little late in ordering & initially the arrival date was the 26th. It was easy to set up & my son loves it. Really helps him to stay connected with his friends during lockdown 3, Minecraft is a winner on it.

Cons

The processor in the title is not the processor in this product. The title states ‘Ryzen 5 3400g’ when the actual processor is ‘Ryzen 3 3200g’ - which is a significant difference in performance and integrated graphics! Not happy to be honest but I’ve ripped the box and used the computer before I noticed. Do not buy based on what the promise in the title is!
