Pros
Everything about the printer is great but they sent faulty colour cartridges and would send more in 3 - 4 weeks unfortunately something caused a problem with the printer and I bought more (I had signed up to the HP print supply). I have marked the Tech support down because they are like the Scarlet Pimpernel not easy to locate.
Cons
I stopped using this printer as it became completely useless after just 5 months. It had been using absurd amounts of ink to do printer maintenance which took up to 7 minutes a day everytime it started up. Then it ran out of coloured ink and would only print in black and white, even after replacing all the ink cartridges with genuine HP products. I've tried cleaning the heads umpteen times (indeed to the point where it again ran out of coloured inks).
The scanner isn't that brilliant either.
This belongs in a skip which is where it will be going very soon.
What's even more annoying is that I have a very good HP printer/scanner that had served me well for years but when I changed my computer I couldn't get drivers for it any more so it became useless.
I will never buy another HP product as long as I live.
