Pros
Straight of the box I knew this was a premium well-built product. Not some cheap piece of junk by some unknown company sold at an unusually low price (for a reason).
Here's a list of pros:
- Snappy user interface with Freeview, Freesat, NowTV, Rakuten along with all the other well known apps and services like Sky, Amazon, Netflix and more that can be downloaded.
- Clean UI in general, easy to read font, large on screen and good clear programming layout.
- Sharp display at 4K HD, with different lighting and contrast options.
- Black is actually black, not grey.
- The sound is warm, clear and rich, especially when turning on the enhanced audio option. (didn't need to buy a Soundbar in the end).
- 2xHDMI inputs are on the side, 1xHDMI on the back. This is great for wall mounting.
Overall I'm very happy with this TV, having been lucky to get it at great price, would recommend and buy again!
Cons
I was not happy to find that this amazon certified alexa TV does not infact come with what they say it does. It clearly says "amazon certified, alexa built-in, talk to alexa through this device. What they fail to tell u is, that is rubbish! u actually have to purchase the magic remote for a very reasonable 49.99..... Or u can purchase a completely separate alexa for 30.00......for ur TV with built in alexa for the Alex to work. What they actually mean is if u want Alex on this TV buy the magic remote or an alexa and it will work with this TV.
I would NOT purchase again I only have to keep it as I threw box away as we had skip going the same day it arrived.
The same TV can be purchases for similar price with the correct remote not this cheap remote that disables feature updated features.
Not happy would not buy again.
