Pros
The first Philips 58'' TV arrived with a really bad damaged screen. After phoning Amazon a replacement arrived 48 hours later and it was worth the wait. The picture is amazing and the sound is brilliant. A highly recommend the Philips 58'' TV. Well worth the money. This product is outstanding.
Amazon was very understanding
about the issues with the first TV that arrived and a replacement was issued with out
any problems. Obviously the damage was done in transit.

Appalling after sales/ tech support. I can generally work a problem out for myself so if I find myself in a position where I need to ask for outside assistance I really require help.
I will quote the review title again ," avoid at all costs".
No help was forthcoming from Phillip's at all.
In fact the call was ended three times even after waiting and speaking directly to a so called expert.
Thoroughly dissatisfied.
