Pros
The PS5 is amazing it's absolutely next gen and is so much speedier than the PS4's, loading into games is so much quicker and overall the UI is really snappy. However just keep in mind this console is humongous and it may not fit under the TV or other places.
Update 24.11.20:
The UI is so much better and easier to navigate and there is no lag whatsoever bringing up the quick menu compared the the PS4 which took its time and got very laggy. I am very impressed with this console but only time will tell.
Update 03.01.21:
I have spent a good few months with the console putting it through a lot of intense gaming, it is apparent that there is either a hardware or software issue with the console. When using the console for a few hours there are black screens seeming as through the HDMI has been disconnected or white streaks across the screen, a lot of other people are having this same issue, hopefully this issue is software related and can be fixed in the near future. Otherwise it's still going strong!
Cons
To start with i thought the new ps5 was great. The controller is one of the best yet. I primarily bought the console to play demon's souls but it crashes occasionally. After buying the new Cod and its confusing install i was playing and it turned off the ps5 and basically bricked it. Other games have randomly crashed but it has restarted up after. After the Cod crash the console wouldn't restart causing me to do a full reset and lose everything on the console. I would be wary buying a ps5 for a while until all faults are ironed out also I pity people paying stupid amounts for faulty consoles.
