Pros
I didn't buy this one on Amazon, I purchased this on a local webshop from my country but i just wanted to spread the word because this e-reader is really really really amazing
The battery life is a bit less than other readers but it's still great
But its all really worth it, best thing I have bought in years
People should buy e-readers more
I'm 2p years old and a big fan of technology but I'm sorry just don't read on tablets or phones
Just buy an e-reader
It's a way better option
This thing is doing the ultimate best for what it's made for, and that's reading
Again, best thing I have bought
The buttons are also really handy
Cons
The Kobo Libra came to me with a very annoying lighting defect, the upper part brighter than the low one, far brighter left angle than the lower right. I decided to return thirty seconds after I could examine a text screen. I didn't even remove the protective film because it didn't need it. Unfortunately, I can't say I wasn't notified: there were several reviews that spoke of Libra lighting defects, including that of a customer who said textual “Don't buy it!” I decided to try my luck and I was punished. However congratulations to Amazon that today notified me of the refund after the necessary technical time.
The illumination of ebook readers is unfortunately a cross. Here is my experience on this. I had two Kobo Auras both with lighting defects, bought at a Feltrinelli store. I had to make miles on foot and by bus, as well as an unpleasant discussion with a saleswoman, to make me replace the first article. The second time I gave up hoping to get used to the defect (but I never got used to it). I then took a Pocketbook 3 on Amazon. And here, too, the usual lighting problems. Made successfully and without shoes and quarrels. At the moment my situation is this: I will try to take a Kindle Oasis as soon as it is at an affordable price. If the Oasis should betray me with enlightenment, I will decide that it is not destiny to buy a new reader and I will keep the Kindle Paperwhite edition 2015 which, hear, is the only reader passed in my hands with good lighting.
