Pros
The drive is as fast as the specs claim and just seem to feel better to me - I've not had the glitches I've felt were happening with some other big-name equivalents (excepting Samsung Pro models which have always peformed beautifully for me - at a price).
Update - 09-02-20
Probably bought a further 20 since my initial review - and bought four more today because the price has jumped up by a fiver, seemingly because the product is going end of life. Pity, unless Toshiba replaces it with something better at a comparable price.
Cons
First one arrived and terribly slow (yes connected correctly). So ordered a replacement and the second was just as bad. Have since researched that this model fairs poorly in testing. For comparison it is only a few mb faster than my 2tb Seagate Green HDD.
Having terrible luck with my Amazon purchases of late. Everything seems to be poor quality or outright defective.
Extra star given as it did actually work and it is a few mb faster than a standard HDD, but only a few.
