Customer services excellent, sent a few queries regarding the product and delivery, got replies almost instantly, the one reply came within seconds, didn't even have time to pick up my coffee cup before I got a reply, so two thumbs up for that..I usually build my own computers, but Im at the age now where I cant be bothered anymore, so got this instead. Works perfectly, looks like new inside and out, just one tiny tiny scratch on the monitor and I might of done that myself when putting the system together, so another two thumbs up for quality..Arrived within the stated time too, so well pleased with that too..The only down side is I couldn't find the wi-fi dongle in the box,, so at the moment I'm having to rely on a wired connection, but I'm happy enough. the quality of the item makes up for it..well recommend this for anyone, Many thanks from a 99.99999% happy customer

Bought this machine as it was labelled gaming ready. I am a light to medium player on sim racers. I did not expect top of the range for the money but as it was listed as a gaming machine thought why not. After six months I decided that the graphics card needed an upgrade, the original one was ok but lacked a bit of depth. I purchased from Amazon a new graphics card that I had reviewed and was pleased with the comments. This is where my tale of woe begins. I took my tower and gleaming new graphics card into my local computer shop who was pleased to install it for me. Within 30 mins I had a call from them asking me to return to the shop. He had the case open on the counter and told and showed me my new graphics card was too big and no way would it fit. After further investigation into the machine he said the only thing that made it a gaming machine was the low end GT 710 graphics which the CPU was just about managing. Even if the new graphics card had fitted the CPU probably would have screamed stop.The actual machine was a business machine some 15+ years old and said it was virtually non up-gradable to any where near a gaming machine and said I must be running Windows XP. When I told him it was windows 10 pro he was very dubious and to his mind was a copy as there was no certification which was worrying. So, if you are thinking of buying this it would be ok for general computer work and light gaming but bear in mind it is probably not up-gradable. Would not buy again.
